Emma Maame Efua Tandoh
Love Ankara began with a fall — literally. After a painful accident caused by poorly made shoes, founder Emma Tandoh turned her recovery into a revelation: women deserve shoes that are beautiful, safe, and meaningful.
With her deep roots in Ghana’s textile heritage, a background in brand storytelling, and an unshakable belief in African craftsmanship, Emma set out to build a brand that redefines fashion with function.
What started on a small trunk in her home has grown into a movement, one that empowers women, supports local artisans, and keeps Africa’s story alive in every stitch.
